HOWEVER, I just can't get past the fact that for whatever reason, Kake r eally seems to spoil at or near the half-way point; the bottom half of every bowl I smoke just simply does not have the same effect (and results) as the top half. Pirate Kake is kind of a one note smoke; it doesn't really seem to have any complexity to it. I never really get a nic buzz from this. But it's a very static single-note mixture. First thing this tobacco is a fantastic smoke It is a good blend but could be better if it were 50% latakia, 30% matured Virginias and 20% orientals, in my humble opinion. I would not call this blend monochromatic like some have, as the flavor is somewhat complex at first, but it does tend to level out afterwards.
